Stay away from this scammer! Please do not hire him. He left my roof half way done and only he put a tarp over the roof when he was done for the day. It rain that day the tarp was poorly place and I had water damage. I regret to this day not taking him to court!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!

Hired him for a total tear off roof. His son and hired crack heads from downtown lease labor outfit (people looking for work cheap with no or little experience) came and did my roof. Large area with OUT plywood and just rolled roofing and shingled over. Leaked terrible , ruined my ceilings. Took Him to court won, but have judgment like everyone else that he screwed over. CHECK COURT DOCUMENTS AD YOU WILL SEE ALL THE LAW SUITS. GOES UNDER WIFES NAME AND ANOTHER NAME. One month after roof was completed I had to hire another outfit to tear off Gatti's roof and have it ALL redone. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I used Mr Gatti for a roof repair last year. He responded to my home within 45 min. He and his associate examine the area of a leak in a relatively new roof, installed by a local Contractor in the Gates - Chili area who gave me the run arond for about a month, telling me he should replace a 12 yr old roof installed by him, including a tear off of the old roof which was only 12 yrs old,articiual shingles and 30 yr warranty. Mr Gatti and his Associate repaired the roof leak in about 30 Min. indicating I could pay in a few weeks and provided me with a 2 yr Contract and Guarentee. The roof never did leak again. My Thanks to him and i'll use him again John Donlon 34 Hallock Rd 14624

Totally ruined my home. I took him to court, like numerous people have, won and now I have a judgment against him. I warn people to steer clear of him. Check out his history in the court documents downtown Rochester. He goes under his wife's name, another name and he is just a shady contractor and his work is horrible. It will be a matter of time where he won't be able to do this kind of work anymore. But you have been warned.
