Bob Love of Love's construction in Rochester, NY is a dishonest person who took my money for a roof replacement on my house on June of 2012. He stated in the contract a five year warranty. After the gutters started to leak and water was coming through my bedroom ceiling I tried to contact him on November 20, 2013 and was finally able to contact him after four days. He came to my house the next day and stated he would sending some people to make repairs. No one showed up and after a week I began to attempt to call him on his cell phone but he never returned my calls. I went to his residence to find out if there was something wrong with his phone, his daughter answered the door and said the phone I had on record was correct and that she had just talked with him that morning. I'm writing this on 9/3/2014.
     Dave - 9/15/2015 - I just bought a house with a roof he did in 21012 thats leaking. He is not responding! Any suggestions for me. Did he resolve your issues?
