In March 2015 I contacted this company to resurface my pool and install a pool pump at my home. In February of 2016 less than a year later I contacted the general manager Chuck because I had a pool problem and could not get him to send anyone to my home to diagnose the problem. After spending over $5,000 you would think you would be treated a little better. When I ask for the owners name and phone number he would not give it to me so as far as I'm concerned It is my opinion but this is poor service for me as a customer. I had to seek other assistance to resolve my problem that turned out to be a minor issue so if Chuck would have just given me a few minutes and look at the problem this would have all been avoided.
