Been dealing with this company since July 2021 It’s now Sept 2021. They cause damages at my home. They sent a inexperience worker who cause water damages to my property that still have not been fixed I was without a sink for a month in my bathroom and without a living area in my living room since July. I been unable to move forward with placing my home on the market and able to move forward with looking for a home being prequalified for a good rate. Because months have past and they have not made good on what they said they would playing the waiting games they have inconveniently left me with now having to reapply for a mortgage. The non experience worker flooded my home leaving the sink running along with the main water line pumping water into a broken pipe. The flooding reached as far as my basement which I have a two story home. I would never ever recommend this company. My home was fine until I had them in my home to do updates. Not only the water issue destroyed a ceiling I had put in maybe three years ago, the worker also put sinks and toilets in lop sided not straight, and cut holes in a new vanity that don’t even match my watrer lines under my sink. He also burned my carpet with dripping of hot metal replacing water vowels in my basement and left my home a mess . The worker never covered anything and was so inconsiderate of my home in and out many times. The owner acted like he was going to making good, but not returning calls nor giving me a date for the repairs they cause would be fixed. Its so much unethical stuff done that s why laws are made. I don’t recommend this company at all . I was taken advantage off no doubt. Oh yes they got money from me.forgot to mention that. Stay away from Russo Brothers in Wilmington.
