I used them only because my lawyer said to. I read some of the reviews on line, and I was nervous. But then I looked at other companies with good reviews, and they looked more like the ad copy I write for a living than actual reviews. I know not all of my clients are happy, so I am not surprised that they had a few bad reviews. But why didn't someone put up a good review for them? They did such a great job. I still bought the house, but I knew that the roof was shot and that the boiler was old. And *** (I don't think we are allowed to use real names in the reviews) was nice and took the time to answer my questions. I did use them, and I would use them again. So to all you bad reviewers, don't you have anything better to do with your time?
     Johanne - 4/18/2016 - I had an inspection, and the broker was wearing this loose fitting top. When she leaned forward, you could see a lot of boob. She is young, and looks attractive like. So, was the broker trying to influence the inspector (who was a male and would be attracted to seeing a woman's breast) or am I reading too much into this? Please let me know. Thanks.
