August 2014 They billed me $540 for 12 Lb of R22 Freon charge for a One year new Goodman package system that per the name plate and installation manual only takes 3.8 Lb (61 Oz) of R-410A which is in Florida priced less than $10 per Lb with the markup. They billed me for 2.5 hours of labor and they have not been on the site more than 1.5 hour. They billed me $135 for a Thermostat model 1F86-344 by White Rodgers Digital Non Programmable these cost in most places only about $33. supplyhouse.com/White-Rodgers-1F86-344-Non-Programmable-Thermostat-Hardwired-or-Battery-Powered-4730000-p They admitted in writing a mistake regarding the R-22 but did not offer to correct the invoice.
