Live near this guy. Just an absolute psychopath. He screams at his neighbors constantly if their kids are playing in the yard. He uses all kinds of racial slurs when he does it. He has an incredibly long rap sheet and is always in trouble with the cops. A lot of his screams are screamed threats of violence. Rumor is he rubbed his own feces on the window of a neighbor who angered him. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say it's only a matter of time before he starts shooting people.
     Bill Simmons - 9/22/2021 - Yep. I used to feel pity for him, thought he was some kind of schizophrenic, but that's not the case. He is, as you say, a ticking time bomb. I hope the cops get to him before he gets to someone.
