- Shoddy work and does not pull permits. Nothing is done building code - - Anonymous user - 2/3/2017 - comment
Bought a house from Rick in 2011. He had flipped it. We are now trying to sell the house in 2017 and it has failed 3 inspections. We had a structural engineer inspect the house at our own expense and the report shows that Rick did not follow code on the ceiling, floor supports, and roof. He also did not follow code on the addition failing to add a moisture barrier and cold air return. When I asked him about this and asked for copies of the building permits, he admitted that he doesn't pull permits. Stay away from any construction he is associated with!
