Z-best roofing, owner mike zonfrillo, former owner of hi-octane roofing in clarksville, tn. Please steer clear of business with Mr. Zonfrillo due to his workmanship and failure to honor warranties. I spent nearly $14k with hi-octane having a new roof put on my business and I might as well burnt the money. I have more leaks than before they installed the new roof, with multiple new leaks in various places. They came out and repaired about 4 leaks within a few months of the install, but then the owner moved out of state. So much for the 10 year warranty. Run away fast if he has set up a new business under this name in your city. I will have to spend another $15k to put another roof on this year, less than 5 years after hi-octane installed the first one.
