After calling the business owner every day for a solid year to inquire when he would be returning my screen windows to no avail, I finally called a local news outlet Call For Action for assistance. It only took one call from Call For Action for the business owner to finally return the screen windows. By the way, the business owner never returned my phone calls even though his answering service took my message every single time. I would not recommend this business to roof a dog house let alone an actual home. Buyer beware with this one.
