I hired Joseph Bellaus, the younger one whom is about 30 in age, for a painting job I had. He had me sign a contract in which the contract just looked awful to begin with. My husband is such a trusting man though. We cut him a check. The paint he bought was the cheapest, most dull, horrid paint I have even saw. I figured I'll see if his skills make up for that. I was so wrong. It looked as though he thought he was in kindergarten art class with finger paints. Talking to a few people in the area clarified what I am talking about. We did a little research on this young man only to find out he is a drug user. Makes sense, that is where our check went to. May God be with this family and every other person they scam. I wouldn't recommend what so ever
