Their product is fine its their customer service that needs improvement. They tell you they will call 1 day before coming to install-- they give you a certain week but when the week passes no call to let you know what week... a waiting game from week to week. After they installed my roof the next day I noticed some issues with the trim pieces not fitting properly. I called and was told they would send someone out to correct the problem. Three week later no call, no show. I called again and was told we will get to you( when I have no idea when) this leaves us hanging again. I was going to try to get them more jobs in my community but I'd be to embarrassed to recommend them. So their competitor is doing many jobs around me...
