Art the owner seemed reasonable, giving us a fair quote. He performed the work on our roof and then a few months later we noticed leaking. We called, he came back to look when we weren't home and then no follow-up. We called repeatedly no response. After leaving a strongly worded message with his office he called admitted "things had gotten away from him" he had never repaired the roof. Poor customer service lack of respect for his customers.
