Hello, I am a plumbing contractor who did work at iPark east Fishkill. We never missed a deadline or failed an inspection. However, Joe Cotter and National Resources, along with the iPark team has decided to not pay any contractors. There are 6 odis that will be a part of a news article inthe Poughkeepsie Journal. Stay tuned.

I have just purchased a third unit in a National Resources project and have not experienced any meaningful problems. the first two have been sold and the this will be my principal residence. Other than a few minor weather related delays I can honestly say all was delivered as promised. I am particularly pleased that the development in Tarrytown came thru Sany and other storms virtually unscathed. Kudos to them for quality site design

I think if you have any honest point of view it would not be about sany (sandy ) the buildings are not on the beach , but how the sales process works and how they operate the buildings before they turn them over to the buyers.

This company has been promising all the families who bought homes at Hudson Harbor lookout north in Tarrytown NY that they would begin closing on our units starting in August. We have spoken to people who have purchased other homes within this development who share similar stories about how the closing on their homes were handled, most of them encountered the same treatment. We have all been strung along for months, it is now 10/23/14 and the lies and false promises continue. Any one who is even considering doing business with this company should have everything in writing with firm dates and penalties for non performance . Because I have never dealt with a company where everyone lies to you (sometimes in life you run into individuals who will act like this, but rarely have I seen a whole company act like this) that is if you can even get them on the phone. They have never once returned a single phone call to anyone from lookout north, they are disrupting peoples lives without any regard and think it is no big deal. Buyer Beware
