My deposit's been returned with a terse letter about changes in the renting process...I have loved watching Peach Creek continue to look wonderful, to hear people rave about it, about feeling safe. It's important to me to be able to see a potential unit if it's offered to me, not just to measure but to ensure that all appliances are upgraded since it was built. My other issue is the lack of Comcast access, when it exists in your Gig Harbor facility. My plan was to turn my house down the street over to my daughter who graduated from Curtis/SIL who would like to teach in UP/grand who they'd love to send to UP schools and I'd live up the street. With the new legislation & growth plan I'm not sure I even want to stay in UP. It's sad...PS. The rest of the US needs your design/buildings. My friends in other states are jealous.
