My family has rented one of Amrish’s apartments for over two years. Since the beginning, Amrish has been nothing but kind and caring. He is responsive to any questions or concerns that we have. But what stands out the most to me is how he is willing to go above and beyond to lend a hand in times of need. He went out of his way to help my family by providing a good recommendation. I have rented numerous apartments over the years and I can say that hands-down Amrish is the best landlord we have ever have ever had.

This man works to harass and extort tenants, especially those with any housing assistance vouchers. Illegally, he will extort tenants for more money beyond their voucher's limits out of their own pockets and direct tenants on housing assistance to fraudulently apply for additional programs to gain more money for himself. Thereafter, he will then threaten to evict the tenant for no cause or fraudulent causes, keeping these funds for himself; attempting to leave the tenant homeless. The frightening part is these practices are not easily pursued in court normally, being that the tenant is unaware of their legal rights and traumatized by his actions into helplessness. This man, Amrish, and his more manipulative business partner (name redacted for legal purposes) abuse tenants and are extreme legal liabilities. Do not do business with them for the simple fact that although their landlord (read 'slumlord') practices may hold up in court with their legal team, given the nature of landlord's rights being preferred in law, however their legal team is no match for that of the California attorney general when fraud and extortion are present, all bets are off in light of "deprivation of civil rights" Prediction: Goel Investment Corp. bankrupt by Q4 2020 with legal ramifications extending to Amrish's personal property being that not all business was conducted behind an LLC but state and personal funds made to him directly.
