You pay for chemicals up front through Andrew's pool service. Prices are literally doubled from what they are at Lowes or Home Depot. When asked if he could use the chemicals that I had just purchased, I was told that they would not work "together ". Mind you, it was shock, chlorine tabs, and algecide. The fee for "drain and clean" is astronomical considering they DO NOT CLEAN THE POOL once it is drained. They pulled out very few of the leaves and refilled my 27 ft pool. Then he came out every 2-3 days and cleaned my filter, threw in shock, and added chlorine tablets. TO A DIRTY POOL! He never vacuumed or removed the remaining leaves. So not only was he wasting the expensive chemicals that HAD to be purchased through him, he was doing nothing to actually clean my pool. Almost 3 full weeks and $600 later, we still can not use our pool. He removed my shut off valve and when asked about it he stated that he did that so that I couldn't mess with it. Mind you, I purchased a brand new pump and because he did not clean the pool, my skimmer and pump were so full of debris that my brand new pump was barely getting water. I asked him numerous times to put my valve back on and leave the chemicals that I had paid for. He did neither. I tried to fire this man 2 separate times and was told, "you've already paid me, you midas well let me finish ". So he does not refund money for services that he does not provide. I finally had to call and let them know that if they show back up (another 3 days after I fire them again because he can't seem to come daily until the pool is ready as promised) that he will be trespassing and removed from the property. So yourself a favor, save some money, and DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!
