We scheduled an appointment with Cole Plumbing for 10 am this morning. When no one showed up or contacted us by 10:45, we contacted him to inquire about the status of our appointment. He very rudely told me to reschedule and hung up in my face. I was extremely upset by his hostile attitude and his completely unprofessional actions. He could have contacted us to let us know what was happening but chose to just no-show and then get angry and mean when we called him. I will definitely let anyone and everyone know to NOT use this company!!! What a disgraceful display!!
