Scott did a remodeling job as a subcontractor for my condo. He installed two toilets, and new shower fixtures. It has been less than a year and both of my toilets have leaked. A plumber who was helping the unit below mine came to check on my fixtures & said that my toilet seal was not done well. He fixed it within minutes, and there have been no problems with that toilet since. However, now the other toilet is having the same issues. I have called Excel daily for over a week (only once per day--I'm not being a nuisance), and have not yet heard back from Scott. I think the professionalism is horrible. I would expect a return phone call so that someone can assess the problem and fix it.
