I am a New York City residente who engaged with Russell Alexander, Sunset Plumbing & Fired Protection company 718-392-0966. A Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning company in replacing my boiler at home. What a nightmare? The person who came to my house, as now I found out was a relative of a plumber who work for the company doing side job, obviously under the umbrella and license of the company. To make the long story short they bought the wrong equipment for the setting and wrongly install it. Now the equipment and istallation does not pass the city inspection and I am screw. When I called the company to get some answers the secretary tells me that all the money is going to be returned to me and when I more forcible demands answers she says then bring a legal action we are prepare to handle anything. This is been going on since february, I still about 16K under, don't have my money back and I have an open permint that I can close. Any advise anybody because I am so pissed that I can think. domirish@hotmail.com
