Absolute horrible experience. Nice guy but he should not be your plumber. Took my money. Never showed up after several attempt to contact. House was delayed to the point permits expired. Additional cost added up and with no where to live the property was abandoned. Never before did i believe a man as honest seeming as mike and his wife brooke could be such dishonest thieves. (She answers the phone) tells you to email her then never replies. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR PROJECT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Poor communication. Made mistakes. Rude. His wife is insulting. Didn't show up when he said he would. Several attempts to contact were made and nothing but excuses about why they didn't show up. Can't use a tape measure!
