Very unprofessional and grossly overpriced. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Communication was the worst. Never returns calls or emails. They attempt to upcharge. selling you things you dont really need. Poor excuse for a professional.

My wife and I have used this company periodically in the past few years. Usually when we were desperate and couldn't get anyone else. From the curt telephone manner to the poor workmanship I will never use this company again. The owner was very rude to my wife, screaming about his troubles. I have reported them to Montgomery County Consumer Affairs and received a refund for the last over priced call. ($297.00 to change a filter. After further investigation, I have learned that they Do Not even have a license to do work in MD. Save yourself some trouble and call a reputable company.
