I loved working for this company. Had a new vehicle. Anything we did as techs we were basically married to meaning that if I installed your water heater and there was problem with the installation or anything like that and it needed warranty service I didn't get paid for the warranty call. That ensures high quality plumbers otherwise they die off from free warranty calls.
