I RECEIVED SERVICE BY ROTO ROOTER (TECH). HE CAUSED A PROBLEM AND THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT AND ONLY WANTED TO GIVE ME BACK THE SERVICE CALL BILL REFUND OF $ 145.00. THEY TOOK 9 DAYS TO COME BACK AND CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. THE OFFICE MANAGER CAME TO MY HOUSE AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. HE STATED HE WOULD SEND A MORE EXPERIENCE SERVICE MAN (PLUMBER INSTEAD OF A TECH ). THE FIRST SERVICE DATE WAS OCT. 19 , 2016. THE NEXT TIME THEY CAME FOR CALL OUT WAS October 28 ,2016. AND HE NEVER CAME AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I NOW HAVE TO GET SOMEONE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. THEY ARE HORRIBLE ABOUT CONTACTING CONSUMERS. I WOULD NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE.
