We had a clog in our drain, so we called Joe Crockett to set up a time for him to come out the next day because it was late and we didn't want to be charged nightly rates. He said he doesn't charge nightly rates that he'd be right out...that was awesome!!! He came out and cleaned the roots out of the main drain outside, but found out the main cause was pasta in the kitchen drain. He informed us that pasta was the worst thing to put down your garbage disposal because the starch in pasta causes it to harden like concrete and clogs your drain. It was a difficult job and took way over an hour to unclog, but he did it!! He didn't charge us a ridiculous amount of money for the job like most companies would!! He was very informative about the do's-and-dont's to keep your drain clear of clogs, and he was very professional. I HIGHLY recommend him for any plumbing needs!!!
