We had contacted another plumbing company to come to our house to take a look at a leaky pipe that drips whenever the toilet is flushed or the shower is used in one of our bathrooms. The other (un-named) plumbing company actually made the matter worse and left and never came back, nor did we try to contact them again. We got Puget Sound Plumbing from Home Advisors. We contacted Jose, the owner and told him what was happening. He was at our house that same afternoon and figured out the problem. He then showed up the next morning and totally fixed it. We coincidentally had a leaky irrigation pipe which he also fixed the same day. We will definitely call on Jose again if needed and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fair, knowledgeable and personable plumber. Thanks Jose!! 5 STARS!!!
