John is the most unprofessional business man I have ever met. I lived in one of his rental properties in Churchville and was completely shocked. The plumbing in the apartment was a constant problem and was never 100% fixed. Considering he owns a business for several years specializing in plumbing he failed to take care of his rental properties and truly represented himself as a slumlord. he never fixed any of the problems that he promised effects but came to the rental property and demanded rent every month like a crazy person yelling in the parking lot. He would lie and say that he's coming to fix things and never show up or call. I will include pictures if I can. I highly recommend never to rent from this man as he will try to rob you of your money and force you to live an unforeseen conditions.
