I cannot begin to tell you how bad this company is. I have a two family home and when the heat went out on one floor, they sent one of their 'technicians'. He started working on the wrong system and broke it. He claimed 'it was already broken' (it was in fact a nearly new system). Took them two days to get both systems back working AND they had the you-know-whats to charge me for fixing both systems! Then in another unit I own, they 'fixed' the heating unit there to the tune of $600 only to have it completely fail a month later. I went with another contractor who made it really clear the thermostat had been installed by an idiot, and totally incorrectly wired. Take my advice. Find someone else.
