Mr. Yates returned my call promptly and kept his apt. even though he had property damage after the Nov. windstorm. He correctly diagnosed an ongoing plumbing problem that another co. blew off and calmly set of to make the repairs. Eventually he also had to snake from a roof vent to make sure there was no possible complications. I have not had any problems since. He and his partner were pleasant, clean, and professional. I was impressed and their fee was less than plumbers I had out two yrs. ago that said I just needed to use an enzyme cleaner (wrong).Previously I had two different handyman services come out and both kept finding excuses not to return for this job. I highly recommend Acme!
