Gregory Moore left my house a hazard area with large open holes up to 6’ deep and large open trenches on the property and on the sidewalk. Plumbing in the kitchen and baths are not completed or incorrectly placed and drains are the incorrect size. None of the underground plumbing has been connected to sewer. He refused my suggestion to use a locator but instead dug large holes and trenches all around the property and in the street. The one inspection green tagged pipe received has been cut out of the bathroom and moved to another location that has not been inspected yet. The gas line extension has not been started which I am grateful for now, as that could have been an even more dangerous situation. In general, all work performed must be either be torn out or redone. He has not responded to any of my calls, texts or e-mails I am forced to take further action to recover my $2600.00 deposit.

I've been nothing but disappointed in Greg and his work. He lacks professionalism and his ineptitude is unbelievable. At first I was fairly please with Greg, he came out on short notice to repair a leak in my ceiling. However a couple weeks later I noticed that my ceiling was staining agin in the same spot, and lo and behold the repair hadn't been done correctly. I called Greg to have him come out at look at it, and he blew off our first appointment. He was supposed to be at my home at 8am, and when I called him at 10:30am he just said that he forgot and we'd have to reschedule for the next week. After another week he shows up at my house 30 minutes late (for our second appointment) and then has the nerve to say "Did you remember this time?" instead of hello when I opened the door. He came to the job unprepared, and said he'd have to come back later to fix the hole in my ceiling since he didn't bring the correct materials. It has now been 4 weeks and he's even stopped answering the phone, leaving me with a hole in my ceiling and a leak that may or may not be fixed.
