Poor workmanship, exorbitant costs, service almost non-existent. Called for follow up after unsatisfactory hot water heater installation. Three (3)phone calls yielded no follow up. Hired another plumber to finish the job at an additional $470. Left message with owner Gant who had his technician call me. As I explained what happened to the technician, he hung up on me!!!

Old hot water heater gave it up... Called Gant and he sent Kendrick out as soon as possible to determine what happened and I was given the option to spend money on parts needed to fix the old or replace with new.... My decision, not theirs was respected and Kendrick went to work, 3 hrs later I had hot water again and every bit of it was done very Professional so thank you Gant and Kendrick !!!!!!!!! 5 STARS isn't enough for how Excellent my service was.......!!!!!!!

Amazing this guy is still in business after how he treats his customers like dirt. He will not show up when he says he will and wont even bother to call you and say why he can't. Heard he is friendly with the ladies though.

Triple A plumbing, Mr. Gant, I found to be incompetent. He speaks well and seems competent but he is not. My understanding is that he does not even have a license. He worked at a plumbing store as a clerk for a time, gained some knowledge, then began impostering a legitimate licensed plumber. Somehow he gets away with it. Did he ever take the tests to be a licensed plumber? I think not. People should ask him to warrant that he, personally, has a plumbing license in writing. He incorrectly set up my system which caused major problems and costs. He sent the daily backflush of my water system into my leach field, ruining it. Not only does this guy price-gouge people, but while working at my home, his behavior toward the female members of my family was inappropriate and uncomfortable. Avoid at all costs.

This guy is not even a licensed plumber and is plumbing with someone else’s license. How can you trust anyone like that!! Terrible work and the guy has no issues with going on to another guys job and trash talking REAL Plumbers and then lowballing a job to steal work. Don’t trust him. We are turning him into the state!!

It was freezing out and my property manager had phoned five plumbers. No one was available for another week, or they just didn't return her calls. She phoned AAA Plumbing and Gant came the next day. He was cheerful and professional. He found the problem quickly and solved it! My water heater is leaking now. I know exactly who to call!
