Con artist. Took advantage of the situation by acting like parts were hard to find and it would be a big job. So i said ok to the 400 cost. Then he quickly gets the parts for less than 30 bucks and is done in 15 mins. Most plumbers charge between 150 and 200 for the first hour. His apperahntly is 350. Lesson learned for me.
