I hired Clay Edwards to solved my leaking water into the shed. He gave me 3 ways to fix problem but said he would guaranty that the expensive 1700.00 work would fix the problem. He tore up some of my lawn digging a ditch then placed pipe and gravel in ditch. After 2nd rain I called him ti come look at water that problem still existed. Clay returned looked around and said that it was the gutters on shed were wrong and that concrete that went around the shed was causing problem. Quoted another 500.00 to tear up concrete in area water coming in and to fix the gutters. Told i had no money at this time would have to wait until social security check comes. He left. I was going to call someone else to assws problem and see if i need my lawn tore up and 1700.00 worth of work done. Clay came back when I was not home and removed a section of concrete piled at edge of building and left. I called when I got home and told him not to come back. I was going to get another estimate and didn't trust him after guaranteeing then asking for another 500.00 Clay then lowered the price to 300.00 tocorrect the problem. I still refused and then he offered to do it for nothing. I called the Master Plumber Chester Kavanaugh x 3 and left messages and no calls were returned to discuss the matter. Clay had done work across the street on a septic system and never finished job after he was paid
