Bob Boyd returned my call promptly. He arrived as scheduled. He spent 3 hours moving my water filter from under my house into the cabinet directly above it. He used one piece of pipe and some scrap boards. He charged me $730. He committed to a refund when I asked him about the charge but I'm thinking that won't happen since it was in June. He is really into "sales". He is currently looking for an experienced plumber with "sales experience" according to his facebook page. Buyer beware....he was supposed to be a friend so I trusted him. I'm not saying he was dishonest, you be the judge. 3 hours of labor=$730
