Mr Bell showed up drunk daily. When he pitched me he said he had employees so I was concerned when he showed up alone. This was a 1 day job for 2 persons. It took 7.5 days. Longer had I allowed him to finish. His work was sloppy drunk elater on first day and subsequent days. Wasn't sure if he was passed out or asleep in my garage I expressed my concerns and hired someone else to finish. I was not refunded for the money owed for unfinished work. Every day it was an excuse. I found a pipe in a Wendys bag he left by paint can. I learned the pipe had crack in it. Which may explain why I had tool and electric drill missing. Nice guy who painted himself to be army reserves guy with medals. Far from the man who showed up to work. Would I recommend? NO.
