Did considerable painting work at my home, however both jobs began to deteriorate in less than six months: chipping, algae and bubbling. I was sold by John on the products he used: he touted them as virtually chip and algae free, and his word that he always fixed issues from his painting - "my customers will tell you - I come back". Called him early Fall 2018 regarding chipping/algea and he told me it had to wait until Spring 2019; called him early Spring 2019 regarding additional problem of bubbling on trim, he came out to look at it, but has failed to schedule time for either problem. I've emailed three times; on the third he was curt and said "further chipping is not my problem-Ill get in touch". It is ALL his problem as further chipping would not have happened if he did it right the first time or fixed the problem when it started. He has not 'gotten in touch' and its been another two weeks. I was patient and took him on his word every time, now I'm stuck. I will not refer him or use him again in the future. I paid him the minute he knocked on my door after he finished the jobs yet I have to wait months (soon a year) for him to correct issues with both jobs he did for us.
