Do not use this company -
- Frank - 8/19/2016 -
commentIn doing exterior work I had to hire another painter to redo EVERYTHING, Horns used the wrong type of paint for exterior.
The interior rooms, had spills on the carpet, runs, poor coverage, It was a waste of time and money to use this company.

Be warned -

commentThe total job he did was a mess from start to finish. Spilled paint, spots missed, paint was so thinned down that once he left the spots missed became very clear. Accepted no responsibility and said he would have to charge more to repaint (even though he was the cause of it). Do NOT use this person in any way, for ANY job. I've never been so mad at a company in my life as I have these con artists.
Anonymous user - 10/19/2015 - Yeah I regret using these guys myself, stay away from this company.

Couldn't build a square wall -
- Anonymous user - 9/25/2015 -
commentWe added an addition onto our house and hired contractors to build 2 rooms. This guy built an angled wall, not square in any plane, when we did the flooring last the hardwood floors had to be cut into an angle to fit and it's VERY noticable looking at it. It's embarassing, tried to set the decor to help hide it, but it's still noticable. Don't hire these idiots, you WILL regret it.

Tried this guy before, won't again. -

commentHad Jesse Horn do some work the begining of this summer for me, now everything is falling apart, the paint is cracked, bubbled, and peeling (he also missed some areas, not sure if this was deliberate or not, you wouldn't have noticed unless you looked). Had to hire another person last week to redo everything. I shouldn't have had to do this, this guy is by NO MEANS a professional. Save yourself big headaches, money, and time. Just hire a real painter and not this fly by night scam artist.

commentHad this person wallpaper my sons room. It peeled off in one week.
Anonymous user - 9/25/2015 - Yep, same here. Can't see how this guy stays in business.

Horrible isn't the word -

commentMore like a nightmare. Watered down paint (and the wrong type of paint at that). Had to hire other painters to recover what Horns Painting did. How this guy stays in business I have no idea. Save yourself a big headache and money and hire someone else.
Anonymous user - 9/25/2015 - Same thing happened to me.
Anonymous user - 10/1/2015 - Seems like this is standard operating procedure with these guys, same happed here.

Zoned for business? -
- Anonymous user - 9/23/2015 -
commentThe address is a residential subdivision not zoned for business. Had dealings with this clown last year, won't make that mistake again. Was looking for painters and found this site, couldn't pass this by without warning people.
Anonymous user - 9/23/2015 - Have to agree with you, know of some places this guy did and most of them had to have another painter come in and redo everything. Horrible company.

Never again. -

commentMy 9 year old child could do a better job. If you need a quality job, neatly done, this is NOT the person to use. The mess he made was entirely uncalled for and costly to fix (which was left up to me to do). I can not stress enough the additional problems Mr. Horn has caused by his blantant disrespect for others property and poor work ethics. I am currently discussing a lawsuit against him with my lawyer and perhaps criminal charges.
Anonymous user - 9/23/2015 - Thank you so much for the warning.
Anonymous user - 9/25/2015 - This guy spilled paint inot my carpet ruining it. It was hidden after the furniture was placed back. About 6 months later we re-arranged the room and discovered it. Called him up, he accepted no responsibility for it.
