I would give them less than one star if I could. I had used them once before in the past, and the move went smoothly. So I decided to try them again. For the most part, things went smooth. They were fast and friendly. The problem came when something was damaged, and all of a sudden you can't reach Tony (the owner) anymore, who was always fast to respond before the issue. There were several things that were scraped up, but IMO, that's to be expected when hiring movers. But we had an item damaged during the move. I reached out to Tony via phone calls, voicemails, and text, and he never responded. It makes me wonder if he even has insurance to cover these things, so future movers, beware, he may in fact not, if he's not willing to even have a discussion about things that are damaged. I have tried to get in touch with him everyday for over a week, and nothing in return. After all this, I have found other reports of people who have experienced the same issues with him. I would not ever recommend him again to anyone. Look elsewhere, his work is sloppy.
