We are on day 13 without our belongings with no resolution in sight! We booked our move based on the dates they provided that they had availability. Several days AFTER our belongings were supposed to be delivered, we were told that they couldn't find a driver. We started this process in March and scheduled our move in August based on their availability. They never had a driver to begin with, but certainly had no problem getting our credit card information right away to bill us over 15k for our move and we still do not have our belongings or a date as to when we can expect them. Do yourself a favor and do your homework before you book your moving company. This company has a VERY POOR rating with the Better Business Bureau. I only wish we had seen it before we decided on using them.
