I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience. We had so many damaged and broken items. We also had several items stolen that were in the original box. Issac told us we would be reimbursed. We have been trying to collect from him for months now. Most of the time he will not answer the phone, but when he does it’s nothing but lies.

I don’t leave reviews normally, but the egregious damage done to my elderly parents’ furniture necessitates a review. After multiple attempts at communication and pictures sent, no compensation has been made. These are hardworking people who are retired with limited income. What they had was well taken care of. The movers did not bring adequate moving blankets or bubble wrap. They were told the movers would bring all that was necessary for a safe move. The damage is extensive. At some point, making this right would be appreciated.
