All the reviews are the same: They lie, they lie, they lie. They lie about the delivery window. They lie about putting things in storage. They lie about the estimate, doubling in on moving day (at forfeit of you deposit if you tell them to go to hell, which, looking back, would have been worth it). They doubled their fee on moving day. They took longer than they promised. They warehoused our stuff and destroyed half our belongings. The one really valuable item they didn't destroy they FLAT OUT STOLE! Apparently, someone identified our mid-century walnut table as quite valuable, and so just kept it for themselves. It never arrived. Their claim is that they "lost" it. Then, the delivery guys watched me do most of the moving on delivery day. They did make it inside the house long enough to steal additional items of ours that were lying around the living room. Glad we didn't give them access to more of the house, or they would have cleaned us out. This is a crime ring. Nothing short. I've contacted the Nevada BBB, which continues, without any reasonable explanation, to give them an A+ rating. Check them out on Yelp and you'll see that this is how they do business. It's little more than a front to overcharge people by thousands of dollars and then rob their property. If you read this and still consider using these guys, then they deserve to take your valuables. Don't do it.

First, rating is much worse than horrible. To date, the Federal government has logged 15 complaints, thus far for the year. Second, their customer service is non-existent. Third, they could care less how closely they get to delivering your shipment as discussed/promised. Fourth, recognize my shipment HHG, has not yet been delivered. The window expires Friday and there is no logistical way that they can deliver with in the time frame--my shipment is still in one of their warehouses. IMHO--anyone can do a better job then Oasis--and more than likely they will in-accurately bid the job, and the driver will correct that estimate several hundreds of dollars in Oasis' favor.
