STEER CLEAR OF THEM. Absolutely the BOTTOM OF THE HEAP in the industry! Way overcharges for a pre-fab report template with bad grammar and spelling (unless that is how they write). They simply add a few photos to it. REPORT TOOK 7 DAYS even though their web site promises 24-36 HOURS. Lost our $$$ deposit because they delay, delay, delay with cheap excuses and false promises. If we could give a zero, we would.

I hired House Inspect to inspect a property I was going to buy. I particularly asked them to inspect condition of roof/attic. Inspector was lazy and would only pop his head in attic until I repeatedly asked him to GO INTO attic. He said just like I said its fine. I complained about him that day. Fast forward a month I purchase house, roof (including wood) need to be immediately replaced. Boom - couple thousand dollars that I should of been told about. Contact owner of company, she is worse than the inspector. Rude and unprofessional. Said he did a fine job and that's it. In doing research, inspector was not fully licensed to do all inspections I paid for. I sued them and won. I hope this helps prevent anyone from being ripped off by this horrible company.
