I have used Steve for several years. My rule is if a client comes back with a complaint or something missed I don't recommend that vendor to any future clients. I have been using Steve for about 5 years now. Not one client has come back during that time with a complaint regarding something missed. He climbs in attics, roofs, crawl spaces. He is always prepared and professional. I recommend him with a couple of others for my clients to use and they always choose him. I used him on my own home purchase and I couldn't be happier! I have referred him to other agents and they are always impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend you consider him when looking for a home inspector.

I hired Steve Friday from Consumer Resources LLC for a home inspection based on the online search on Ashi.org. He came with a gold certification giving me the impression that I can count on his expertise for my new home construction's pre dry-wall inspection. Steve came with just a torch, a file with couple pages and a pen to the inspection. He came with no ladders (to check into the attic etc) and no other tools what's so ever. He just walked around the home doing simple visual inspection and only noting things that I asked him to note in the report. He reluctantly noted on the document and gave absolutely no suggestions etc. I would never recommend him for anyone else. Please be aware that you may be throwing away money if you hire him.
