When purchasing my first home, Mitch Erwin was incredibly thorough. He pointed out issues in the home that never would have been found just by looking. He provides a detailed inspection report with photographs showing the problem areas. He made me feel at ease when discussing issues. He made sure I understood the problems and explained how soon they would need to be fixed if I decided to wait. He is the only inspector that I will ever use. I give Mitch props for finding the problems for the home buyers before they make their final decision. He works for the buyers and it the most honest person I have ever met. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for the work he does, keeping the quality superb.

This is the most unprofessional company/inspector in Arkansas. Mitch Erwin will provide false information on his inspection report costing you the sale of your home and will cost the potentinal buyer money for this poor report. He seems to think he is licenced in all building aspects of a home and provides information in his report that does not align with that of building experts/companies in the area. This to me tells me that he doesn't know how to do his job and shouldn't be in a position to provide infomation he knows nothing about.

     Anonymous user - 2/3/2020 - The above review should be taken down. Mitch was very easy to work with. He was very thorough in his report and he completed the inspection in a timely manner. Great customer service and fair prices. We will definitely use JPM again when needed!
