After reviewing the home inspection report on a home we paid Mike to completed, we made an offer to the bank and the offer was accepted. After closing we entering the attic and found our attic was destroyed by animals (raccoons) and our home was not sanitary to move into. Our estimated cost of repair is now at $30,000. The inspection said our attic was viewed via ladder and items in the attic appears good-new condition. Our attic has to be completely taken down to the studs and contructed again. Everything was shredded and covered in raccoon feces. Every contractor, critter company, and insurance agent that have been in our attic since stated its the worst devistation in an attic they have ever seen. - still waiting on a call back from Mike (6 days and counting)
