I purchased a home in Broomfield, based on pictures, videos, and my home inspector's report. Joe completed an extremely thorough home inspection and was able to address every aspect of the home from plumbing and electrical to structural integrity. Based on his report and my confidence is in professionalism and integrity, I followed through with the purchase of a beautiful home before seeing it for myself. I could not be happier. The fee he charged for his services was fair and highly competitive. The recommendations he made for repairs were accurate and necessary. Additionally Joe offered to come back to the home when we moved in (6 months later) to show us how everything worked and address any concerns we had. This is after the sale and after he had not further contractual obligation. He provided us with a list of referral resources for handy work, plumbing, carpentry, etc. I have used several of his recommendations to my great satisfaction. Joe provided the service in full, went above and beyond to help his customer, and has my full vote of confidence.

Terrible Inspector, would never use again. Incompetent and false reporting. Does not understand the basics in a house and waste time on small items. Ruined our house deal because of ignorant inspector.

Falsely reported mold - going so far as to name it ( it was water stains! ) Ruined a real estate deal with his arrogant incompetence.

Joe is the best home inspector I have ever used and I have used a lot of them! He is thorough, knowledgeable and leaves no stone un-turned in his investigation. Joe came early to his appointment with us and stayed until all of our questions were answered. Furthermore, Joe does not exaggerate his findings and is fair to both sides of the real estate contract. Joe is friendly and conscientious and serious. He is acquainted with specialty inspectors in the home inspection business and provides them support in evaluating individual properties. Joe also provides radon testing, with complete explanations of the technology and what it means. Joe kept us from making a serious mistake. We will never use another inspector!
