Jerry did an inspection on a home we purchased 5 years ago and found 2 water leaks. Within a month of purchasing the home, I fixed an additional 5 he missed. This included a 6"x6" HOLE in the roof by the chimney (I cant be sure he was even on the roof, since he was already up there before we got there, so he said). He marked our foundation support as "good" in the report, now I find that he missed a portion of our house being held up by a 2x6 piece of wood when a steel beam should be there. He missed the electrical wiring coming into the house was compromised from rain water. He provided no pictures of anything he did either. We had to find out about a lot of additional minor issues from the people who are trying to buy our home inspector. Anyone considering him should pay extra and find someone else. Or even better yet, you can pay less and find someone who is far more capable.

Although Mr. Morgan promptly visited my new home on November 14, 2014, he has nver produced an inspection report. I contacted him after the inspection and was told no major items were found. I asked him about the inspection report and was told it would be a written report. I sent him a chewck on Novmeber 13th and it was cashed 12/1/14. He charged $410 for his services which included a radon inspection. After several calls from my realtor and I, as of 2/10/15 I still have not received any documentation.
