WE HAD THE GAS TURNED ON 2DAYS BEFORE WE MOVED IN, NO HEAT IN THE APT. -10 DEGREES AND WE WERE FREEZING! THE WATER WAS SHUT OFF AFTER A MONTH! MOLD GREW ON THE WALLS. THIS EFF. APT TURNED OUT TO BE A DUMP as we MOVED IN. I CALLED HEALT DEPT ON HIM SO MANY TIMES AND HE WAS FINED SOO MUCH $$$. DAVIN THINKS HE IS SOO GREAT, HE CALLED HIMSELF A PIMP TO THE POLICE.

Months of having the water turned off for lack of payment which he is responsible for as stated in the lease. Despite a housing inspection that failed the 2810 Mary Street property he is unmotivated to pay his bills. Numerous violations of the implied warranty of habitability. In addition, he will not pick up his phone and after you make call after call and you are fortunate that he even picks up be prepared to hear every excuse in the book about how the fact that he owes the water authority over $5000 it is not his fault. Finally, just type in Davin Gartley and read all the articles to help fully flesh out his status as a "landlord."

This rental property is falling apart since day 1 of moving in. His maintenance man is a joke who breaks more things then he fixes. Davin hangs up on us when we try to bring up a problem about the apartment. He doesn't deal with any issues about the apartment. A hot water pipe was broken in our apartment for 2 weeks and I had to call him everyday about 12 times a day and har.ass him to come and fix it. Do not rent from this kid!!!
