Mr. David Perrin of NPI was asked to come out to my home in Roanoke to inspect. He was invited by realtor, Marie Greene. I went along with it as it was the first home I had ever bought by myself and Greene was pretty pushy about it. He was polite and agreed to request that certain items in the house be repaired; however, he said the plumbing in the kitchen sink and the refrigerator were fine. Perrin came out shortly before a May 22nd move. The very day after the move the plumbing in the kitchen collapsed at a plumbing cost of $350.00 The next week the refrigerator began leaking pools of brown stuff. I had to buy a new refrigerator. The plumber said that anyone who knew anything at all about pipes and/or plumbing fixtures would have seen that the sink needed immediate repair. The leak formed a river in my kitchen. Still, we all know that anyone can make mistakes. However, Mr. Perrin refused to return my calls or to discuss the problems at all, even though he told the realtor he would call me. I left multiple messages. These are reasons why I do not recommend Perrin or his company! I found many other problems with the house too, but the ones mentioned above were the worst.
