I commented on the situation under my previous comment. please read. after negotiating , the conclusion was for bob to pay for the 2 worse windows. he did follow through with paying it. he thought I wrote a bad view on 'YELP'. which was false.
     Bob Bryson - 2/2/2015 - Thank you for clarifying the fact that we did reach a fair conclusion for the failed windows. It has been my goal to always provide excellent service and stand behind my findings in the course of the home inspection. Our relator gave us the name of Bob Bryson so we hired him. We questioned the moisture between the window glass on 3 windows ( dinning room, kitchen and family room) and he assured us it was not failing. you have to see fog and it "looked " like the moisture droplets and streaks were on the outside glass. I pointed out windows in the up stairs bedrooms and he said those 2 were failing because of the fog.. the window people came and ended up replacing 3 up stairs.. well 5 1/2 months later and the moisture has worsen and actually dripping between the glass. we called Bob and told him he was wrong the 3 windows are completely failed. his respond was.. what do you expect me to do about it. now we are wondering if our roof is going to fall in. I questioned these windows and he insisted they were fine. now we are stuck with a window bill because he failed to take moisture between the glass serious and actually do his job. I would hire someone else. not Bob. he's not very good.
     Lisa Barone - 1/31/2015 - Bob just called and wanted me to verify that we gave him a nasty review on "yelp" which was false, it was on here. My husband had to negotiate and they came to the conclusion to have Bob pay for the 2 worse windows and we paid for the other one. This review was done well before the situation was rendered. and not to report him to BBB. he did come through his word and paid for the 2 worse windows.
